components for RT-qPCR and requires no additional optimisation. It includes a lyophilised mastermix containing Hot Start Taq, Reverse Transcriptase & RNase Inhibitor, Avian GEN Dx Positive Control and IBV Detection Mix compatible with any qPCR cycler detecting FAM probes.
