Avian GEN Dx – Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV) RT-qPCR Detection kit is designed to target the fusion protein (F) gene of the virusโs genome and can detect the presence of virus even in low copy numbers. The kit contains all of the necessary components for RT-qPCR and requires no additional optimisation. It includes a lyophilised mastermix containing Hot Start Taq, Reverse Transcriptase & RNase Inhibitor, Avian GEN Dx Positive Control and NDV Detection Mix compatible with any qPCR cycler detecting FAM probes.
