Dye based One Step RT-qPCR Mastermix

Everything you need for efficient multiplex RT-qPCR in a single reaction, swiftly and reliably. The 2X mix contains chemically modified Hot Start Taq DNA polymerase, intercalating dye, dUTP and UNG in enhancing buffer optimised for amplifying low copy DNA targets. The third generation intercalating fluorescent dye binds to double stranded DNA, making MegaMix Emerald the perfect choice for qPCR, Melt Curve Analysis and High Resolution Melting (HRM).

  • One Step RT-qPCR for numerous sources of RNA
  • Dye Based RT-qPCR
  • Utilises Microzone’s Green based dye
  • Relative gene expression
  • All kits come with our Just Water for peace of mind.

  • qPCR along with reverse transcription all in one tube
  • Simple set up
  • Can be used with both standard and fast cycling.
