Microzone’s BetterBase was released not too long after ABI released BigDye™ V1.1 & v3.1 for Sanger Sequencing.
BetterBuffer is a sequence enhancer and BigDye™ (Versions 1.0 & 3.0) dilution buffer and is compatible with ABI sequencing machines (apart from MegaBACE).
It’s easy to use:
- Dilute the BigDye in BetterBase at 1 in 6, 1 in 12, 1 in 15 or higher.
- The choice of dilution is dependent on size, quantity and quality of the DNA template.
- As always, we are happy to assist where needed.
