Efficient and complete removal of contaminants such as unincorporated dNTPs, salts, enzymes, primer dimers etc.
MAGneat PCR Clean Up is a paramagnetic bead based DNA clean up system. Designed for the efficient, effective removal of contaminants such as unincorporated dNTPs, salts and enzymes post PCR. The beads can and also be used for size specific selection. Post clean up the DNA amplicons are ready for downstream applications such as Sanger and Next Generation Sequencing.
The simple method allows for rapid processing and when coupled with MAGneat Separators or Microzone’s automated bead processing system, HeiDi NA. Together this provides consistent PCR clean up of dsDNA amplicons.Â
Application:

- Allows success in downstream applications such as Next Generation and Sanger sequencing.
- Fast amplicon recovery.
- No filtration or centrifugation required.

High recovery of DNA fragments after clean up with MAGneat PCR beads. Gel image and electropherogram show excellent recovery of DNA fragments above 100 bp and removal of smaller fragments when samples were cleaned with MAGneat PCR beads and analysed on an Agilent Tapestation2200.
