MegaMix Gold RT-PCR Kit

The MegaMix Gold One-step RT-PCR kit contains all the components needed to perform RNA Reverse Transcription followed by cDNA PCR swiftly and reliably in one step. The kit ensures excellent creation of cDNA from RNA template and then a highly specific and sensitive PCR amplification. Both reactions are performed in the same tube providing a rapid one step RT-PCR assay. MegaMix Gold boasts excellent PCR efficiency and accuracy and produces A-tailed products suitable for ligating into TA cloning vectors.
