- for multiplex assays utilising dual labelled hydrolysis probes.
- to be compatible with both standard and fast cycling conditions.
- with incorporation of thermolabile UNG and dUTP, this system eliminates carryover contamination at room temperature. Unlike other UNG enzymes it is totally and irreversibly inactivated during thermocycling allowing post PCR analysis.
Our One-Step RT-qPCR probe mix contains a fast acting and stable Reverse Transcriptase coupled with our MegaMix Platinum (a high performing mastermix that works with numerous RNA templates including GC/AT rich and in both standard and fast thermocyclers).

Linear dynamic range for E gene detection from SARS-CoV-2 using MegaMixPlatinum Probe RT-qPCR kit. Seven 10-fold dilution of SARS-CoV-2 RNA was performed to demonstrate dynamic range using specific primers to detect E gene. Inset numbers show the average Quantification Cycle (Cq) of 7 replicates per each dilution evaluated. Data are presented as mean + SEM.
