MAGneat PCR Clean Up Kit 

For the efficient and complete removal of unincorporated dNTPs, salts, enzymes, primer dimers small undesired product (<100bp) etc.

MAGneat PCR Clean Up is a paramagnetic bead based dsDNA clean up system. Designed for the efficient, effective removal of contaminants such as unincorporated dNTPs, salts and enzymes post PCR. The beads can and also be used for size specific selection. Post clean up the DNA amplicons are ready for downstream applications such as Sanger and Next Generation Sequencing. Accessories: We also offer MAGneat Separator Racks and an automated bead processing system, HeiDi_NA. The HeiDi-NA will process up to 16 samples in one go. Set up is straight forward and quick while providing consistent and high quality purification. MAGneat beads, whether coupled with Microzone’s racks, automation or your own systems, provides consistent PCR clean up of dsDNA amplicons.
