No sample loss after clean up with macroCLEAN – Genomic DNA. Genomic DNA was extracted from human blood and saliva samples using MAGneat Blood Tissue Saliva DNA Extraction Kit. The extracted hgDNA samples were purified or not with macroCLEAN – Genomic DNA and loaded onto 1% agarose gel. Lanes show non purified samples (-) and samples after clean up with macroCLEAN Genomic DNA (+). M = 1 kb DNA ladder.
