The 2X MegaMix Crystal Q5 High Fidelity Mastermix is a high-performance solution for researchers requiring accurate and reliable DNA amplification. With support for long amplicons up to 40 kb and faster extension times, it is an ideal choice for demanding workflows like next-generation sequencing (NGS), site-directed mutagenesis, and amplification of difficult templates.
For added versatility, the product is compatible with Microzone's optional 4X microFORCE buffer to further enhance performance on challenging samples. The Red Mastermix variant also includes an inert loading dye to simplify gel electrophoresis workflows without interfering with downstream applications.
